When? October 28th - November 7th
Where? Tema, Greater Accra and Somanya
Why? 20 million people need a wheel-chair but do not have money to buy one
Who? Team of therapists, technicians and administrators from WFTW join local Christians already working in the area
How? Working alongside ‘Light Outreach’ in Tema we shall be
- Fitting & distributing walking aids and 160 reconditioned wheelchairs
- Demonstrating God’s love in a practical way to each recipient and their family
- Giving a bible and explaining the Gospel
- Enabling local workers to follow up contacts in the privacy of their own homes
- Feeding and ministering to the ‘Street People’ in the evenings
- Impacting the local community as friends and neighbours witness changed lives

- Clarity through interpreter & wisdom when fitting wheelchair to client’s needs
- Sharing about the work of WFTW in local churches
- Personal ministry /follow up work by local Christians in the community
- Opportunities to demonstrate God’s love in a practical way
